We really need to create seperate rankings for stulidity between white and black congress-people. The dumbest white in congress still looks like an eloquent genius next to almost all of these Neanderthals. It's not fair for them to compete in the same pool, the Congressional Black Caucus is the CSAL of stupidity while the rest are just operating on CYO level.
