He's wrong for calling a lesbian a lesbian?

he didn't call her a "lesbian." he didn't say what he called her specifically, so let's just say "bull dyke" for the sake of discussion.

the fact of the matter is, she's breaking the peace by knocking on the door in the middle of the night, she should be dealt with by the police and get a ticket.

the other matter is GN calling her what he did because he knows it would start shite. her sexual orientation has nothing at all to do with the current situation, so calling her anything other than her name, lady, ma'am, whatever is only to rile her up, and yes it's wrong, we all know it's wrong, your mama told you not to call people names when you were two.

she might be black, would calling her a "****" be ok? No, because there's no reason to other than to be spiteful. Same thing. It's not against the law and should never be, but it's not a nice thing to do and there's no need to do so.

What happened is she was barking at me, cussing at me and yelling at me even though i hadnt said anything yet. She asked me what the frick i was looking at. I said i just want you to shut up so i can go to bed. Then she started coming at me saying she was going to kick my cracker arse. I replied "why do you butch lesbian ----s always think you can take on men" and thats when the officer started yelling at me. I was wrong but it was a heat of the moment thing and at that point my patience was wearing very thin. For the first hour i put up with it without saying a word but as someone who gets up at 430am to lift and has been having sleep problems lately, i was upset i was awoken from a night i actually fell asleep early.
