You don't have to worry. Mexico is paying. Of course even if you did pay taxes. And it was used to build a wall...well that is kind of one of the actual jobs of the federal government. You didn't mean to...but your analogy proves your ignorance.

Building a border wall isn't a requirement of the federal government in the US Constitution. It certainly is allowed, but not required. Similarly, ensuring mass health insurance coverage is not something the Constitution orders, but it certainly allows for programs like the ACA. Stating that building a wall is "one of the actual jobs of the federal government" but requiring health insurance is not is simply your opinion and has no basis in the Constitution.
You're real shitty at making arguments.
