The one downside is that Delaware North-Chase is one of the groups running it now and they have done an abysmal job. It is utter garbage.
Supposedly, in the bidding process the biggest factor was they wanted them running the airport location like they would their restaurant location. Similar level of service and food.
Seeing is believing, but allegedly they made it very clear and are working it into contracts that if they slack off and operate at a different, shitty standard, they will be out with the quickness.
