The entire organization's goal is to get to the playoff and win a championship, and if resting players will get them there then good for them making the smart decision.

What if you paid to see your favorite band perform and the lead singer wanted to rest his throat for the longevity of the tour. The show went on, and the bassist, who typically does backing vocals, took the lead that night. You went to see the band right?
