Take a look at Road Scholar, they do tours all over the world and often the travelers are doing it solo. They also tend to be older so not sure whether that is a plus or minus for you. I'm planning to take a few trips with them in a couple of years when I've got the time.

Going on a cruise alone this April. Flying to Orlando to get on the ship in port canaveral, goes to two spots in the Bahamas and then back to port canaveral. It's only a 4 day cruise but I can't wait to get away and relax by the pool drinking and just take it easy
