Contingent upon you liking snow and knowing how to ski, I think skiing alone would be great. Can relax and not worry about keeping up/keeping track of skiers you'd typically be traveling with. I hate having to stop when skiing to try to communicate with people on what trail we're taking next, etc.

Can sightsee and hike there too, along with other excursions.
