Well yeah I mean that was a known risk. I think knowing the only "close" bar is bogies which is 21 or older and they allowed under 21 at the Bandit which increased the target audience made it attractive to get into. Obviously, other bars in the area were competition too (tiger land, mellow mushroom, etc)

The bar/restaurant business isnt an easy one thats for sure
