I got the blue light of death and it appears I need a new power supply. Anyone know of a place in Baton Rouge that repairs? It also has my game trapped inside it.

I think I know the answer to this question but is this a launch PS4 or did you buy it more recently? I found out that some credit cards will extend the warranty of some purchases by 1 year if the manufacturer warranty is for less than 36 months. I believe the PS4 would apply since its warranty is for 1 year.

You can read more about it here for the Discover card. I believe other cards offer this feature as well.

If it's been longer than 2 years since you purchased it (and I'm pretty sure it has been for you, sadly) I've heard that Gameware repairs consoles. I think there is one in the mall still and on College drive. I have no idea how they are, but I know one of the Gameware owners used to lurk here on the forum. Maybe he'll see this?

Thank you for the response DieDaily. It is sadly a lunch PS4. I will call gameware and see if they repair it.
