Does anyone have an understanding of our current international slot situation?

AUFC has 9 total international roster slots. 8 are currently being used, 1 slot is open.
Current international players: Almirón, Jones, Kratz, McCann, Otoo, Tabakis, Villalba, Williams
Each team gets 8, but they are tradeable. Atlanta traded their 2nd round Superdraft pick for an international slot.
