That's how I have been for 14 years.
I just enjoy smoking cigs. I have a big meal, a cup of good coffee, a few drinks, a couple hits of a joint...im wanting to chase it with a cig.
I think it ultimately depends on your personality. I can't even indulge and give in for one cigarette because that'll be all she wrote for my quitting efforts.
