re: What are some of your favorite charities?

I know a family from BR whose child was treated for Leukemia at St Jude's. They went through hell and back but did not pay a dime for medical care and stayed at Ronald McDonald house while going through multiple treatments and surgeries. Their daughter came through and is cancer free for 4 years. St Jude's is a special place. My research shows $0.74 of every dollar goes to research and treatment, while the rest goes to fundraising, 15% and admin at 19%. I am good with that.
