Just saw Sam Ponder on espn discussing yesterday's comments. She said you have to listen to Johnsons comments in full context. He was very complementary of Barrett and his threat of a rusher and that their D had to focus on taking away the run to stop OSUs O and put them in a situation of passing, which is Barretts weakness.

If you watch Johnsons brief interview, you will see a Johnson didn't say it in a mean spirited way or was trash talking. The media took 2-3 sentences and left out the rest where Johnson was complemtary of Barrett's strengths. Media simply took a snip it if his comments and spun it into a story.

Bottom line is if Clemson can't stop Barreett and OSUs run game, OSU wins. If Clemson stops the run and puts OSU into 3rd and long passing downs, advantage Clemson. Nothing Johnson said was untrue when you look at comments in full context.

Not even really sure, just thought it looked all quietly determined and badass and I really wanted to shoehorn a gif into this thread.
