nah. We're kind of a shallow league. That would help the teams that tanked the year prior way too much.
To get to keep 10 top 120 players, then add picks 1.1 and 1.13, if you aren't a contender at that point, then you just suck at life.

Obviously, I'll go with whatever, but giving the winner of the league 2 top 13 picks doesn't make sense to me. It's not how I would set it up anyway.
