Hopefully he goes and gets Rick Stansbury and he brings Mitchell Robinson with him. Those two things happen and we could be a fringe tourney team next year

Rick Stansbury will not excite the fan base, but he is a competent HC, and would appreciate the LSU job. He could do well here, but isn't the catch an up-and-comer type most fans are hoping to rebuild LSU Hoops. There are 347 D-1 Hoops programs, plenty of HCs and Assts of quality out there..
Eddie Nunez, Ricky Blanton,Henry Hayes, etc..need to be turning over rocks, making notes in their pads..the day is coming.
LSU Hoops doesn't draw without Dale's Barnum and Bailey Circus atmosphere..I always thought Majerus(RIP) or Pearl,etc..would've drawn Redneck LSU Football fan back to the PMAC. Sadly, talent and winning alone, doesn't really fill the arena until very late in the winning seasons(re:2000, 2005, 2009), unless entering the year with a CJ, Shaquille, or 1979-1980 squads.
