To be fair. It's hard to match the body type of a femal super model. Especially being a 70 year old man

No the difference in repercussions is that nobody on the right claims they have some sort of moral superiority as it relates to speaking about looks/appearances and acts like they have some high ground on the subject. The left constantly acts hypocritical over the subject and never misses an opportunity to brow beat the right over comments made which the left fully participates in as well.

If your panties get in a bunch when Trump calls Rosie a fat fricking pig, do not call him orange, or talk about his appearance.
Once you do, you lose all moral high ground, period.
