Allen's dream was to play at Alabama. It is what it is.
And yes, there was some gamesmanship on Saban's part.
As soon as O was hired, bam the next day Allen's offer became committable.

Dude didn't have a dream to play at Alabama. He's just another kid who wants to play for the powerhouse top program. Just like Kentucky or Duke basketball, just jump on the top team with the top coach and have the easiest path to a championship.
