I will say this, I never get bothered for change by black bums. I don't have people coming up to my car window at night begging for money. I don't have some dude offering me a blow job from a fat nasty chick if I bought them a bunch of beer.
As much as Covington sucks, this is one part I don't miss about baton rouge.
Also the 24hr Walgreens doesn't need an officer parked out front watching the place. The ones in br and Nola do.
