Good to know and good to hear they are to rebuild. I see they have the construction fence around it. Of course that is just to keep folks out of a burned unstable structure until demo.
Fred, you are here in Katy. Maybe longer than me (2005-6). That location is one of those cursed locations. In our time here it has been no less than 5 or 6 things. All Mexican places. And all have failed. Some were good and some dogshit.
I just thought El Tiempo was beyond a certain price point for the burbs. It's packed one day and not the next? Their food is great. And leans more toward mex than Tex. Being a little greasier and more "authentic" IMO. The frozen margarita is the best around. In both taste and efficacy.
