As much as I support Lupe, El Tiempo is the best Tex Messican in Houston.
The location near Montrose is great. Same for the one near Navigation.

I have a few friends that prefer Lupe to El Tiempo, but most prefer El Tiempo
Personally, I think Lupe doesn't come close to El Tiempo
