I was able to lower mine 30 points in a week without exercise. Obviously this would not be sustainable lifestyle nor would it be recommended for long periods of time, but for a test I Knew I had in a week it was perfect:

Pills:
Fish oil
Co Q 10
Men's 1/day
Niacin no flush
Red rice yeast or something like that
Saw palmetto
Garlic supplement
Cinnamon supplement

Drink at least a gallon of water per day and nothing except natural juices.

Do not eat any meat. Including fish and no animal byproducts. As in no milk, cheese etc. Greek yogurt ok.
Do not eat any foods with saturated fats or trans fat.
Do not eat any added sugars. Natural sugar is ok.
No food with any cholesterol.
Add tons of oatmeal - steel cut oats no sugar added.

Basically you're stuck with oatmeal, fruits and veggies and water with supplements for a week.

Homemade smoothies, salads without dressing, fresh fruit and veggies, is pretty much it.

I am A country boy and was raised on bacon and eggs, so going a week without eating red meat was very difficult. I felt like crap but dropped my cholesterol 30 points which saved me 60$ a month on life insurance for the next 30 years.

For you money board folks that's 19,800 just in premiums, not counting 30 years of growth.
