ESPN playoff waiver error

I am the 3 seed in my playoff. I put in a claim for Bilal Powell. He went to the 2 seed.
We use standard waivers which would mean reverse of order and it locks at the start of playoffs (4 gets first priorit).
The one seed also put in a claim for him. All three of us had him as first claim on waivers and proved it with screen shots.
Anyone know why this might have happened?

I've never seen waivers reset at the start of the playoffs on ESPN fantasy. I saved my waivers for the playoffs because I never saw anything I really needed past mid season.

This happened in my league also, not sure what the reason is.

I understand people preferring snake drafts to auction drafts. FAAB vs regular waivers is no comparison, it's so much better.

Thats because waivers don't reset during playoff weeks. Only regular season. Not an error. Know the rules

Nope because standings don't matter anymore

If you use divisions, it's possible the 3 seed has a better record than the 2 seed.

I'm a commissioner of my league and I don't know how the playoff waiver rule works. I do see it is much different from the regular season. What happens? In my league we are now down to final 4. For waivers this week only 2 of 4 teams made a claim. I'm the #2 seed and the other team making a claim was #5 seed. However, I got the first waiver claim. What did ESPN go off of to give me priority? Regular season? The other guy made the last claim in the regular season? I'm hoping you know the rule because I cannot find it anywhere. Thanks.
