I'm actually currently playing a D1 sport, so yeah. I am. I played Tight end in juco so I might have a grasp of the idea. Name one team in the NFL who runs a toss dive and/or has success?

Congrats. Surely you dont think you have more knowledge than miles and belichik right?

Whether you like it or not the toss dive has been an extremely productive set for us.

Cfb analysts breaking down lsu's toss plays...

This is your basic Power play but it’s done from my favorite aspect: the toss!

Countless LSU fans have cursed the “Toss Series” of plays LSU has uniquely installed over the years, but it’s by far my favorite run concept and nobody does it better. Actually, outside of Georgia and Arkansas, teams rarely do it at all.
But notice how quickly the ball gets back to him and provides him with a little bit more time to navigate the run opposed to your average run-of-the-mill hand off.

Same concept, this time with the great Fournette receiving the toss; it’s hard to think of a back more explosive than Fournette so you want to get the ball in his hands as fast as you can.

But hey what do these guys know? They only get paid to break down film and give their opinion.
