I passed by. I've been to this place 100 times. I don't think it's a chevron. Unless I'm talking about a different place. At Lafayette and 311 there is a hadji store which also sells food. I'll give it to them it's a nice place. Only saw one car when I passed. Usually it's pretty packed.
