-No more West Virginia.
-Fire the Big 3.
-Have Pete call the plays & let CSP concentrate on being a head coach.
-Retain Fairley, Snead, & a few other current players.
-Buy a Starting RG, starting LB, & starting CB in F.A. Also, a replacement for Byrd if we decide to cut him(saves us 3.7 mil).
-Draft Round 1 - DE, 2 - OG, 3 - OT, 4 - RB, 5 - BPA, 7 - BPA.
-Find a KR/PR for cheap. Deep threat WR as well.
-No more empty backfields on 3rd/4th & 1.
-I'd like a better TE, but it looks like we're stuck with these 3 guys.

All this resolves around the pipe dreams of unlimited salary cap and money Benson will spend, correctly evaluating college players and free agents to the point of finding players that no one else knows about and having our head coach completely change who he has been for the past 10 years.
So, this aint' happening.
