yep. one of my sisters works in a U of California campus where there is a high end medical school and many medical science opportunities. She makes big bucks, BS/RN. She does the jobs of two people, long hours. Has one clerk.
She wanted the big bucks. Her retirement will be more than most TD posters make in their day jobs. Her days do not sound like fun to me. On the good side, being a nurse let her make those choices.
