Working in the medical field has it's benefits but also comes with baggage like everything else... Dealing with sick people can get stressful and tiresome.. Finding a day shift position can be tough.. Working every other weekend does suck after a while.. However, it does have good things.. working 3 12 hour shifts are great.. pay is usually good.

Burnout does happen.. One good thing about nursing is you have a wide area to go into, not limited like respiratory...
