Power spread is what they call it. And the guy a couple posts above me acts like Canada can't adapt. The dude changes philosophies IN GAME. Canada is a slam dunk hire for OC in my opinion. Way better than Kiffin.

Agreed. His play calling againt clemson was brilliant this year . Would really like to see guice on some of those inside shuffle pass screens.

He's a decent hire, but in the world of college football, only 3 coaches are a "slam dunk"

Agreed. And Canada might stay for three years or more, unlike Kiffin, who'd likely have been looking to leave after one season. I wouldn't have minded LSU getting Kiffin (if only to piss off Saban, if nothing else), but I'll be very happy with Canada. I actually prefer him to Helfrich.

I wouldn't say he's a better OC than kiffin but would be much happier with him cause I can see him being around for 2-4 yrs easily
