Why do people keep spouting the Fournette drivel? I am not the biggest Ingram fan (has nothing to do with Alabama), but he is a better than average back.
Fournette is not a damn magician that will be able to open holes with his mind like he is parting the damn Red Sea! The line CANT RUN BLOCKand the blocking scheme IS shite!!!!!
1)We need AT LEAST one guard (depending on Peat's progression).
2)We are in DESPERATE NEED of another pass rusher!
3) Craig Robertson is a decent LB, but we need a dynamic, playmaking MLB in the worst way! This would allow Robertson to slide over and solidify that corp.
4) Vonn Bell has good coverage skills and should progress into a quality FS. He and KV should form a very nice tandem. Erik Harris has shown to be a VERY GOOD ST player and is quality depth on defense.
5) I hadn't had an issue with Cooks until he acted like a diva, and followed that up with a PISS POOR effort yesterday! Not sure what will happen with that, but that is the first time I have ever felt the need to question his effort....so this may get corrected in house.
6) as far as SP and Loomis, I am still seeing people saying that it's not Payton's fault that he has Loomis as a GM. LOOMIS IS ONLY A BEAN COUNTER!!!!!Payton is making the personnel decisions! Not saying that Loomis doesn't deserve blame as well, but if you think that Payton is blameless in that aspect....you are clueless! Payton is also responsible for not wanting to get rid of "his guys" on the staff! Payton either needs to make changes or he needs to GTFO.
