you clean house now so that your fan base has just the slightest glimmer of hope that change is coming. I've followed this team so closely from day 1 since they moved here, and I'm at the point now to where I'm not even mad with the team, I just don't give a shite and thats the worst thing of all. I know I'm not alone in that regard at all either. With these 2 guys at the helm, who in their right mind would renew their tickets.
Firing them now might keep your fanbase somewhat interested.

You and me don't matter. Maybe I should bump it for the daycrew, but a dirty little secret that nobody is talking about is that the new national TV deal really reduced the importance of local fan support. LINK /
