The guy made the game plans and developed the QB on consistent top 5 offenses.
So what if he didn't call the plays on game days. Doesn't mean he can't do it. Les like calling plays too.
Our TE coach called better games and set records vs our ex-NFL pay caller. If the game plan is followed, It works.
Can't bash the guy if all the work was already done in game planning throughout the week. Better planing makes better offenses. He proven that everywhere he's been.
