Is your house pressure washed weekly repainted every 3 months, fully automated internal and out, fit with the absolute latest in energy efficient technology, and perfectly landscaped every week?

Would you be OK with a law mandating that?

The thing is, if you live in a nice neighborhood, your neighbors dont need laws in place to make sure there homes are kept right. They do it on their own, this boat rule was put in place bc way too many people were not doing their part and covering their boats up and keeping it nice and organized. If they did, this issue would have never come up. I own alot of rental homes in really poor parts of houston and you would be stunned at how terrible the areas appear and the trash people leave in their yards/driveways. Again as I said many times, they should have began by fining people with whatever they deemed was messy driveways, there was no sense in punishing everyone, but apparently they felt the problem was rampant enough to where this was the only solution.
