re: How does the OT feel about boats parked in the driveway?

again, indirectly it does, bc you dont see boats in the driveways of the best neighborhoods in town. Those guys also surely enjoy boating, but they tuck their boats away in garages,backyards,marinas, whatever and in turn it helps keep their areas clean and property values high. The only people with crappy boats in the yard, which led to this rule, are cheaper parts of town.
