Looks trashy and brings down property values. Same goes for that junk Mustang you've been meaning to restore for the last ten years and your travel trailer that doubles as a guest house.

Looks are subjective but if you think that it brings down property values you have no fricking clue how shite works......if a boat in the driveway actually does bring down property values, you have bigger fricking problems than boats.

Get real. Something that is as mobile as a boat in your driveway doesn't bring down property values.

Also, areas like the one you described don't give a shite about property values.
