Isn't that bc a lot of those open jobs are either part time jobs or jobs with low wages? I think that was a major reason Trump boasted the carrier avg wage per hour was $30.

Regardless, people need to either adapt to the job market and find a way to become more valuable (skills, education, hard-working), and/or take the lesser job. If one is waiting for "better" jobs, but isn't either trying to learn/increase skills or taking what they can get, then why do they deserve those better jobs in the first place?
