These will be the same people who say the justice system is designed for blacks and targets them. Hello, you don't have to target people when they basically turn themselves in.

I don't understand this. Do the police automatically come knock on your door if you have x number of guns? Was that the reason they used (instead of public safety because they were aiming them at each other)?
