I didn't think it was possible, but Chef Rob has out-dumbassed himself.

I shot over to CC BBQ this morning early enough to kill this hangover with a burnt end plate. Yes, burnt ends were still available. No, I did not get them.

The only way now to get his #1 menu item is to buy the $49 sampler. No thanks, brah.

I knew this was coming. Should solve the problem of people poaching the burnt ends. Brilliant business move.

hahah...GTFO Rob.

The ends are the only thing worth going for. I frequently eat alone. I'm not buying $49 of BBQ to eat some burnt ends.

I've gotten the sliced brisket twice. Once was really good, the other time it was very ordinary.
