Real talk. Let 2 people go. Rehire them in 2 months, if possible, as hourly employees.

If my company came to to us with this on an annual basis, it would take care of itself. People would walk with the quickness

My employees would burn this place down if they knew the bonus pay out of reported top 5 in company.

And that's the problem with reducing hours across the board. You are going to lose the people that can find something else, i.e. your best employees.
