re: Cheesy Royale Enchiladas (pics)

Made this last night and one important thing to note is you have to use shredded cheese when melting and put it in a little at a time. The big globs of block cheese will not break down and blend with the milk mixture. It was pretty good though. I put rotisserie chicken in mine too
