They aren't. That is a false equivalency. Because your uncle had to move then people brought here as kids against their will should be deported? To make things "fair"? That is stupid.
How about if they get a chance to stay in the country and work and do what is required to stay legally? That is a legitimate response. How does deporting them make what happened to your uncle fair?
And, people in America have to move all the time to chase work. Sorry about your uncle, but your analogy makes no sense at all.

My Cousins were moved against their will. Why didn't they get to stay in their home? It was illegal, but what does that matter?
