Anyone who commits to Bama gets a 50 point jump in their ranking just because Bama wanted them. Built in bias.

Approx 45% of 5 stars ever get drafted. They're rated on measurables, often feel entitled because they've been told how great they are all of their lives. Bottom line, they don't work as hard as lower rated players who feel they have something to prove.
