It's 38 degrees today and just got them from storage do I need to let these adjust to room temperature before turning them on?
If the storage unit was not climate controlled, which I assume it was not, then temperature may not be the only thing to worry about. There may be significant moisture due to humidity. Everyone knows how moisture and electronics get along.

It was climate controlled but it was still chilly in there. We also had moisture bags in there just in case. It's an outdoor access unit so that's why it was a bit chilly and warmer in the summer
