Angelle is an opportunistic snake that's a disciple of EWE and is cozy as shite with Jindal and his machine. If he wins this race, you will never be able to get him out of that seat as he and his buddies will just pay off whoever wants to challenge them and Jindal and the likes of Timmy Teepell and co will start worming their way back into Louisiana politics again. frick that noise.
