Yesterday's leftover broiled chicken turned into a quesadilla w/cheese, sour cream, & tomatillo salsa, plus a salad of super sweet corn kernels, chopped tomato, avocado, cilantro, and a little ancho chili powder. Maybe a long walk around the 'hood for dessert.
