You know how this works don't you?

So a coach gets fired with a SH*TTY record at a HISTORIC program and because he is African American it is racism. Ok Les Miles was the MOST successful coach in LSU history and he didn't have as SH*TTY a record as Strong and he was fired is that reverse racism?

Look Strong is a good coach that was caught in the perfect storm, a hot and upcoming coach that has coached in Texas for 10years that is tailor-made to coach UT and UT was his dream job was about to get stolen away from UT by LSU. And if he went to LSU, UT figured they would not have a chance to hire him if he was successful at LSU which he would have been. Strong's team sh*t the bed 3 years in a row with his worst year this year. UT is too proud of a program to let that continue and they had what they felt was the next Meyer they wanted to get. And to compound things for Strong his defenses were HORRIFIC and he is a defensive specialist by trade. So there was ZERO reason not to fire him I don't give a sh*t what color of skin he has, if he had white skin he should have been fired, same if his skin color is green, red, blue, black, brown, purple or any other color you want to say. When you are the 6th highest paid coach in college football you are expected to perform like it. He didn't and he was fired, it was the right thing to do. You get paid to WIN, not lay eggs 3 years in a row!
