Jones is correct 20L aquarium with screen fitting top

get a reptile heating pad $13 that goes under the tank

reptile bowl for water (looks like a rock) $5

Aspen snake bedding $6 .. change bedding 1x every few months

piece of driftwood or cavern half-log positioned near heating pad to give snake cover $9

feed the snake live pinkies $3 each in a separate container , we use a large kritter keeper $9
- as the snake gets bigger you can feed him fuzzys or larger mice

all items can be purchased at Petco

feed snake once every 1-2 weeks... the more often you feed it, the bigger it will get

my son has a corn snake as I'm the one who takes care of it

not sure how a wild snake will adapt to captivity , as you can buy baby corn snakes for $40 at pet stores

Agree with absolutely everything here

This is very important.

OP, if you start to feed the snake in the living area, it will think hands coming in the aquarium is food and it can start to snap at you.

Ive tried 2 wild snakes and neither worked out. They were both psychos(probably from not being in the wild) and it was very hard to feed them on a consistent schedule.

My 2 ball pythons and red tailed boa were much easier to take care of, and theyre not very expensive.
