I really like Courtyard, but he hasn't made a beer that I've tried that was on the level of peak-Ghost or Bloom.

His first batch of My Golden Path is the best beer he's made to date, and even with that the second batch was a pale shadow of the original. It's Parish or Great Raft, IMO, and it's not close. I could see a vote for either of those guys. I might give a slight edge to Great Raft for their outstanding barrel program, especially after tasting the new Parish sours. They're just not good.

Yea, the aftertaste of their sours was pretty bad. Courtyard has produced a solid sour, but Nola has produced my favorite sours in the state.
