I got on my machine last February. It has made me feel better than I have for years. I didn't feel immediately different overnight but about a month in I really noticed the difference. I had been coming home every night from work and immediately falling asleep in a chair, dozing off driving short distances, falling asleep at my desk during the day and often having killer headaches after waking up. Now, none of those things happen anymore and it stopped my snoring too which was so loud my wife and I couldn't sleep in the same room together. If I am ever away from home over night I might leave my pillow, articles of clothing or toiletries at home but I will never, ever leave my cpap machine. It has made a huge difference in my life.
