people have no concept of bias with the familiar. They literally scoff when you mention a guy like Fuente, Holgorsen, MacIntyre, Gundy etc. This was an egregious mismanagement of the search. Problems aside with their lack of willingness to invest in a Herman or Fisher, they should have at least taken a chill pill, regrouped and conducted a thorough search with multiple interviews throughout the next couple of weeks.
I woke up on Saturday to a 7:00 AM tweet that they had found their guy. It's madness.
