Alabama is in.

If Clemson, Washington, and Wisconsin win....
Alabama
Ohio State
Clemson
Washington

Wisconsin would need Clemson or Washington to lose to get the Big Ten a second team, probably.

If Penn State wins, then Ohio State has a little to worry about.

Yeah, I think Ohio State will most likely be in.

However, it won't be quite as clear cut as some Ohio St fans are making it seem if
Penn St wins
(and Oklahoma loses while Clemson and Washington both win).

In that case, you can bet there will be some members of the committee arguing vehemently for Penn St as Big10 champion and head to head winner and noting that Ohio State's resume no longer contains the other "playoff contender" in Oklahoma (and Penn St would also have the same quality win over Wisconsin).

Like I said, I still think Ohio State will get in but the committee will be forced into setting up a precendent regarding conference champions that I think they have, so far, tried very hard in the rhetoric and previous decisions to avoid.
